If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will help resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or opened products for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetic tools, beauty accessories)
- Damage resulting from normal wear or improper use
- Gift cards
